Steve Rumsey
Steve Rumsey is the Chief Investment Officer of Optimus Advisory Group. He specializes in designing and managing the firm’s tactical and alternative investment strategies. Steve was a computer programmer and analyst for a Fortune 500 company before entering the financial services industry more than 20 years ago. He was a financial advisor with two national broker-dealers and founded Rumsey Asset Management. In 2008, after working with now business partner Paul Hewitt for many years, Steve merged his firm with Hewitt Investment Advisory to become Optimus Advisory Group. Steve earned his BS in Business and Management from the University of Redlands and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
